We are on the hunt for a dedicated and passionate individual to lead and inspire a team of supported employees in basic cleaning and grounds maintenance tasks across multiple locations. As a key player in our mission, you'll provide vital guidance, support, and mentorship, ensuring our work teams shine both onsite and offsite.
Your Mission:
Lead and Inspire: Supervise and mentor a dynamic team of supported employees in cleaning and grounds maintenance.
Train and Guide: Provide on-the-job training to ensure top-notch work performance and adherence to safety protocols.
Organise and Coordinate: Craft work schedules and assignments that keep our teams running like a well-oiled machine.
Communicate and Collaborate: Maintain clear and effective communication with onsite supervisors and management to swiftly address any issues or concerns.
Monitor and Improve: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, provide feedback, and tackle challenges head-on.
Ensure Compliance: Uphold company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct with unwavering commitment.
Foster Positivity: Cultivate a supportive and encouraging work environment that boosts teamwork, productivity, and professional growth.
