Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Permanent Support Workers to join our dynamic team in our SIL homes 

Supported Living:

    • 1 x PT 28 Hours per week, which include active overnights and afternoons (extra allowance for active overnights)
    • 1 x PT 22 Hours per week, Active overnights and afternoons  (extra allowance for active overnights)

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking individuals who are:

  • Passionate about empowering people with disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet the varied needs of our participants.
  • Available for casual work and able to cover shifts at short notice.
  • Any experience is preferred at this stage 

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality support tailored to the needs and goals of participants.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, community engagement, and skill-building activities.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of participants at all times.
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver person-centered support.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in disability support or similar roles (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • NSW Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  • A valid Australian driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).
