Job Description
What We’re Looking For:
We require strong, experienced Support Workers who can confidently support individuals with complex needs and work effectively as part of a professional team.
Desired Skills and Experience
Essential Experience:
Demonstrated experience in the Support Worker field
Ability to implement and work with Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs)
Personal care and manual handling experience
High-level interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to person-centred practices
