Job Description
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Support Workers to provide person-centred support between 10am and 2pm/3pm, aligning with school hours.
You’ll be working with:
Participant 1 – Living with an acquired brain injury, requiring support that includes:
Implementation of restrictive practices
Adherence to detailed risk assessments and meal plans
Participant 2 – Requires support 2 days per week
Needs a Support Worker with experience in Behaviour Support Plans
Desired Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience as a Support Worker is essential
Confidence managing complex needs and behaviours
Understanding of restrictive practices and BSPs
Ability to follow structured care plans and communicate effectively with the team
Additional Info:
Hours may increase over time as participant needs grow
