Job Description

Make a Difference – Support People to Achieve Their Employment Goals

At Mai-Wel, we believe in building brighter futures by empowering people to enter, engage in and maintain employment. We are seeking passionate and motivated Casual & PPT Job Coaches to join our NDIS Employment Pathways team, supporting participants to develop skills, gain confidence, and reach their goals.

About the Role
As a Job Coach, you will:

  • Plan, deliver and assess skill development training aligned with participant goals

  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and workplace support to help participants succeed

  • Facilitate work experience opportunities and problem-solve workplace challenges

  • Build strong relationships with participants, their support networks, and employers

  • Support participants with personal care, communication, transport, and daily needs in line with their individual plans

  • Promote inclusion, respect, and a culturally safe environment for all

This role involves travel between sites, flexible hours, and using your own vehicle.

Desired Skills and Experience

About You
To be successful, you will have:

  • Experience in the human services sector, ideally within NDIS or employment support

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate others

  • Flexibility to work across different locations and shifts

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, Mental Health, Youth, or a related qualification (minimum requirement)

  • Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID009, HLTAID010, HLTAID011) and Driver’s Licence
