Desired Skills and Experience
The Role
We’re searching for a professional who can deliver high-quality creative work end-to-end, including:
Graphic design for print, digital, events and campaigns
High-quality photography
Professional videography including lighting, direction and post-production
Editing, motion elements, sound, captions and branding
Original copywriting for campaigns, social, video and stories
Concept development and creative direction
Managing shoots end to end
Ensuring all content is brand-aligned, accessible and participant-centred
You’ll work closely with our Engagement team, Area Managers, Business Units and participant-facing teams to capture meaningful, inspiring, beautiful content.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, collaboration, craftsmanship, and delivering polished, professional creative work that drives measurable results.
What You Need
Essential
A Diploma or Bachelor, or Cert IV in Visual Communications, Design, Photography, Film, Digital Media, Creative Industries or similar
A strong professional portfolio demonstrating graphic design, photography and video
Proven experience managing shoots end-to-end
Outstanding Adobe Creative Cloud capability
Strong writing ability and creative judgment
A high bar for quality and detail
Note: All shortlisted candidates must provide verified academic transcripts and a portfolio of recent work.
Highly Advantageous
Experience in community, NFP, disability or social impact sectors
Experience working with diverse communities
A passion for ethical storytelling
